We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Items with a Limited Edition tag can not be returned or exchanged.

1. Limited edition releases can not be returned or exchanged
2. Discounted items can not be returned or exchanged

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when delivered ,it should be untampered, with tags not pulled out, in the right place. Items should be returned in the same covering box that it came in and there should be no tapping on the original item box.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a notification on your Whatsapp , Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at flipyourdrip@gmail.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
